Workout Plans for Today:
So, today I am planning on following the P90X schedule and doing Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X.
Afterwards though, is when the fun will occur! Since I quit gymnastics last Fall, I've been itching for a time to go back to the gym and mess around (no pressure for competitions, just pure fun)... that time has finally come! The rest of my XC Ski Team is in Vermont for the Junior Nationals (and doing quite well, may I add), so, with no official practices, that means I finally get to see my gymnastics coaches and teammates again! Plus, I'm bringing one of my XC teammates to the gym with me (it was her first year skiing as well, so she is not going to Vermont either). Hopefully everything goes well and I have a good time!
